Featured job

A 1980s ensuite, stripped to the studs.

Old sheeting out, new villaboard, fall re-screeded to the waste, two coats of membrane and a flood test before the first tile went up. The owners kept using the second bathroom the whole time and never lost the hallway.

  • 9 working days on site
  • Membrane flood-tested for 24 hours
  • Certificate issued before tiling started

What we do

Four things, done properly.

01

Bathrooms & ensuites

Screed, waterproof, set out, lay, grout, silicone. One tiler on your job start to finish — not a different face every morning.

02

Kitchen splashbacks

Subway, stack bond, herringbone, slab-look porcelain. Cut on the wet saw outside, never on your benchtop.

03

Floors & living areas

Large-format porcelain laid on a level bed. Measured set-out so the cuts land where nobody looks.

04

Waterproofing

AS 3740 compliant membranes applied and certified. You get the certificate before we tile, not after we invoice.

The bit nobody quotes on

We protect your housebefore we touch a tile.

Tiling is a wet, dusty, loud trade happening in the middle of a home people still live in. Half our set-up time goes on making sure you can’t tell we were there — except for the room that changed.

  1. Paper down before tools

Corflute on the hallway, ram board on timber floors, stair runners taped at the nose.

  2. Dust stays in the room

Zip walls at the door, extraction on the grinder, negative pressure on strip-out days.

  3. Wet cuts live outside

Saw set up in the driveway or on a tarp — no slurry through your house.

  4. Swept before we leave

Every single day. Not the last day. Every day.

“Waterproofing is the only part of this job you’ll never see again. That’s exactly why we photograph every coat and hand you the file.”

What the neighbours say.

They taped the hallway before they carried a single tile in. Two weeks of work and our floorboards came out without a mark.

The set-out on the splashback lines up dead-on with the window reveal. Nobody else quoting even mentioned it.

Waterproofing certificate landed in my inbox the same afternoon they finished the membrane. Building certifier had no questions.

Straight answers.

How long does a bathroom take?

Tiling itself is usually four to six days for a standard Sydney bathroom, plus waterproofing cure time. We give you a day-by-day plan with the quote so you know which days you lose the shower.

Do you supply the tiles?

You can buy them yourself or we'll come to the showroom with you. Either way we do the take-off so you order the right quantity and the right batch — mismatched dye lots are the most expensive mistake in this trade.

Who does the waterproofing?

We do, in-house, to AS 3740, and we issue the certificate. We don't tile over somebody else's membrane unless we've seen it go down.

What if a tile cracks later?

Keep the offcuts — we leave them boxed and labelled in your garage. If something cracks inside the warranty we swap it out at no charge.

Do you work around us living there?

Yes. Most of our jobs are occupied homes. That's exactly why the dust and protection set-up is the first thing we build, before anything comes off the wall.

Measure-up

Send us the room. We’ll send you a number.

A couple of photos and rough dimensions gets you a ballpark the same day. We measure properly on site before anything is fixed in writing.
